This lovely apartment has a very lovely decor when you walk in. As all apartments on the plaza, it's very spacious. A full utility room as you enter and then a fully fitted American style kitchen with all the mod con's require for your holiday. The dining area easily seats four people as does the spacious living room all with aircon. There is a flat screen TV with all nationality channels as well high speed free wifi. From the living room you can exit onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a relax in the sun or of course an evening vino while you take in the views and atmosphere. This Villamartin apartment has a large bedroom with two single beds and built in wardrobe. There is a family size bathroom in the apartment as well.
Just walk down the stairsand you're in the world famous Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has banks and a doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
