Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was good, the pool, tennis courts. The one staff person (Julián) was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and he went out of his way to help us book a taxi to the airport.

Negative: The bed was uncomfortable, window in the bedroom doesn’t shut normally, there is a gap in the door, which lets the sound come in. TV also wasn’t working properly as there was no extra batteries left for the controller.

Summary: It was alright. Property has its pros and cons. Beds could use some upgrades as they’re not comfortable (especially old
