Located in the Central District, next to one of the most popular historical markets in the city, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Fully equipped, the living room has a sofa-bed and a dining table for six people. It has a nice kitchen with a bar and stools. –Characteristics: It has a large living room, very bright, with an exterior window and also a small terrace, very pleasant, where you can have breakfast or lunch. Parking in the center is practically impossible, however the apartment has a space in the building's underground car park, free for our guests, as well as private parking for up to six bicycles. –How to move: It is within walking distance of all the monuments and museums, next to the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum. It is also close to supermarkets, neighborhood stores and a wonderful artisan bakery in the same building. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. –To consider: This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment' NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace. PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. BEDS AND SOFA-BED: The apartment has a 150x200cm bed in the main bedroom and two 90x200 bed in the secondary bedroom. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. When using the sofa bed, it must be taken into account that, due to the double function of this piece of furniture, it cannot provide the same sleeping comfort as a normal bed, so it could be uncomfortable for certain people, especially during stays long. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
