The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a well-kept apartment building with lift. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, a lot of natural light gets into the living area. A spiral staircase leads directly to the private roof terrace where you can relax wonderfully.
The historic center with its sights and museums can be reached from the apartment on foot in 10 minutes, the beach in about 20 minutes. The apartment is very centrally located, but also just on the edge of the lively downtown area, so you can escape the direct noise of the hustle and bustle of the bars and events. Often I am amazed at how quiet and peaceful it is on top of the roof terrace, so you can really relax and enjoy. Whether you want to explore the city from here, or use the apartment as a starting point for tours throughout Andalusia, everything is possible! 200m away there is a public parking garage where you can safely park a car. Or maybe you just want to relax, enjoy the good weather and the delicious food? Málaga is a lively and interesting city that has something to offer all year round. I fell in love with the city over 20 years ago and dreamed up the apartment. It is our little oasis when we are in Málaga. We feel very at home there and enjoy the sun on the terrace.
Our guests are received by a good friend, and also adopted by him. He is also the contact person on site. He speaks Spanish, French and English and is very helpful.
