When you arrive at your destination you can drive into the property right next to the entrance door and next to the garden of the estate. From the parking area you have access to the entrance door and from there to the day area and the bedroom area. All bedrooms have independent air conditioning. On the top floor you will find a diaphanous area with a large dining room and kitchen that has access to both the large front balcony and the covered terrace from where you can have breakfast watching the sunrise from the sea and you can access the private pool. At the other end of the floor you will find a day toilet. On the other floor there are three of the four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, and another access to the pool. One of these rooms is the master bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed and access to another furnished terrace next to the pool. Below you will find the fourth bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms makes it very comfortable and convenient.
