Close to the pedestrian zone (about 5 minutes walk) with shopping, dozens of bars and restaurants in the heart of the city.
The beach of Mar Menor with the beach promenade, the bars and restaurants can be reached in about 8-10 minutes on foot. In about 20 minutes by car you are on the Mediterranean with beautiful sandy beaches.
You prefer the pool? Then use the 3 pools with children's area, which belong to the area. Take our portable sun loungers and relax yourself.
In the apartment you will find a well equipped kitchen incl. Washing machine, an en-suite bathroom with shower to the bedroom, as well as a complete family bathroom with bathtub along with a well-presented living and dining area.
