A beautiful sunny villa sleeping 8 people in a domaine with 24/7 security. Private pool (with fence and gate to keep everyone safe) to relax amidst the swaying palm trees. The villa has access (under the road so no need to cross a busy road) to a private beach, which has a restaurant (operating from May to September). Renting the villa entitles you to four free sun loungers on the beach (a bonus when most of the surrounding beaches charge upwards of 20 euros a day for one lounger). The four bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned and heated, so you can stay comfortable whatever the weather. There is a lovely well-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and there is a wonderful outdoor bbq area with outdoor dining and seating (there is also an indoor dining area which seats 8). The house is situated near the Beauvallon golf course (you need to cross it to get to the house) and there is a communal tennis court, as well as a communal large pool to enjoy by the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, so there is no need to bring copious amounts of clothes. The villa is in the hillside (one mile up from the beach, all in the private domaine) above the bay of St Tropez. Nearby towns are Port Grimaud, Grimaud, St Tropez and Sainte Maxime. There are numerous restaurants to explore, as well as tons of activities to please all ages. This is the perfect place for a family holiday or a holiday with friends.
