This splendid villa is located in one of the most privileged areas of the capital of the Costa del Sol, in the urbanization of El Candado, in the eastern part of Malaga. Located in front of the sea, this house offers you all the comforts and equipment you may need to enjoy your well-deserved vacations and make them unforgettable. Its four floors have spacious rooms, where up to 12 people can rest, and delicate decoration, as well as air conditioning on all floors. And, as if that were not enough, you can enjoy the impressive views of the sea from almost any point of the accommodation.
On the top floor of the house there is an attic bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room and a small living room with a work table and a double sofa bed.
The main floor of the house, where the entrance is located, presents a spacious living area, where all family members can gather during the day or at night. You will find a spacious living room with large windows, a private library and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, there is a toilet and a laundry room.
Going down the stairs from the main floor we access a floor where there are five double bedrooms, two with a 150 cm double bed. and one with a 180 cm double bed. and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined by toppers, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this floor there is also a toilet and another bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor of the house presents a large open space, with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen corner. Nearby, you will find a pool table and a ping-pong table, as well as another toilet.
Outside, the porch has a barbecue and a table for 12 people, who can enjoy their meals here while enjoying the views. A huge, perfectly cared garden houses a large private pool and several sun loungers where you can sunbathe for as long as you want, while letting your gaze get lost in the surrounding landscape.
The pool is heated from mid-March to mid-November, while the rest of the year the pool is available but not heated.
Access to the villa, which also has a two-car garage, is completely paved.
