BEAUTIFUL TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT IN THE SIERRA ALTEA
Welcome to this beautiful apartment recently renovated with a completely new bathroom and kitchen. A wonderful place for peace seekers, but also for sun and sea lovers, hikers, cyclists, golfers and families with children. The apartment is an independent part of a fabulous villa located in a very quiet place in Altea la Vella with stunning views over the old town of Altea and the skyline of Benidorm. The villa has various facilities, such as a playful swimming pool with outdoor shower, beautiful terraces, a tropical palm garden and a cozy bar. The pool may be used at any time. The main villa is not rented to other guests. Only when the owners of the villa are there from time to time you may share the swimming pool with them, for the rest it will be completely private.The apartment has a private entrance with its own terrace with lounge chairs and dining table. It is fully equipped with WiFi, a flat screen TV, air conditioning and sound system. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. The master bedroom with a double bed has a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The apartment is reached by steps from the street to the front door. (2 flights of stairs). The location is an easy 15 minute stroll to the village of Altea La Vella, although the way back is a bit more challenging because it´s uphill. The village is small but with all amenities: there is a supermarket, bakery, newspaper stand, pharmacy, bank, post office and a number of cozy coffee bars and good restaurants. The pretty town of Altea and its lovely beaches is about a 10 minute drive away. There you will find many more shops, the picturesque old town and a boulevard with many bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car in La Olla, where you can snorkel, canoe, windsurf or enjoy a delicious paella in one of the chiringuitos (bars) There are many beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. And there is also a lot to discover by car. Long sandy beaches are only a 15-minute drive away in Calpe. Parking is free on the quiet dead end street right in front of the entrance.
