Our house is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city of Valencia, just 15 minutes away by car. Whether for a day on the beach in the Mediterranean sun, or taking a walk at sunset along the promenade, this apartment on the beach is the perfect place. The apartment has 90 m2, fully equipped and includes a large living room with balcony and sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. It also includes 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and one with an additional bathtub. The house also includes air conditioning and heating, WiFi, iron and hair dryer. The kitchen also includes a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob and gas hob for cooking. In the urbanization you can find several restaurants and bars, ice cream parlors, a beach club and a small supermarket (Depending on the season). The complex has 5 swimming pools that are open in the summer and a lovely promenade perfect for running, skating, cycling or taking a relaxing walk during sunset. The heart of the beautiful city of Valencia is only 15 minutes away by car and there is also a bus line to the center of Valencia. If you come by car, this is another great way to explore the nearby towns and cities. There is parking available in the urbanization and it is free. The nearby historic cities of El Puig and Sagunto offer more local restaurants and bars, as well as much culture and history.
