A self-contained newly renovated old house with pool located in a finca on the hill just outside Andratx village, this small casita was used for agriculture storage and it was built with sand stone. Situated on the pretty Mallorcan village of Andratx, within of 7 minutes drive of the cosmopolitan fishing town of Port Andratx and the nearby beaches of Camp de Mar or the clear waters of Sant Telm. A perfect base to explore our beautiful Island with mountains like the Traumuntana for trekking or hiking lovers or cycling, the culture of the villages or discover the beauty of Palma with his monuments or also many beaches and Calas or just chill out by the pool enjoying the views of the valley surrounded by almond trees. This charming country house has been designed for four adults or two adults and two children. The house has 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one in the maisonette on the living room, a kitchen with dinning area, leaving room with wooden stove next to the flat screen television, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer our guests the bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the pool or beach. There is a gas barbecue on the cover terrace next the beautiful mirador here you will enjoy the views of the valley and the sunset behind the mountains. It is the idyllic place to see the sunset while you are taking a glass of wine. It has a very particular pool which was the old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the zone ``calle marés´´ On the finca, there is a resident donkey who loves to interact with people, also usually give s time to sing. Parking on the finca is available, we recommend to rent a car at the airport. In the house there are 2 bikes that guests can use for cycling or simply to go and buy bread at the bakery or shopping at the supermarket. House Manual Reminder to the families with children, the house is in a rural area with pool and children must be supervised by parents. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. The interior is comfortable and cozy and is recommended for 4 people. Prices are for this property in Euros. Bookings also taken for December through to March. Long winter rental prices on request. Refundable deposit required for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 40 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Hooligans are not allowed. Not adapted for disabled guests.
