Large family house with 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a patio, in a traditional Malaga neighborhood, surrounded by tranquility and views to the Gibralfaro Forest, where the sunsets from the terrace are unique, but a few minutes walk from the main locations of the city.
The house is distributed over 3 floors, where a first double bedroom, with access to the patio, kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace on the ground floor, come together.On the second floor, we will find a second bedroom, with views to the street, next to a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a small room with a sofa for the children to gather, and a third bedroom with views of the patio of the house, very bright as well as quiet.
On the third floor, you will enjoy a spacious solarium with 4 sun loungers, water to cool off, as well as umbrellas and a relaxation area, with a table and 6 seats, covered by a large umbrella, which will make your stay a unique family memories.
Enjoying this traditional Malaga house that can give you the tranquility you want for a magnificent stay, but being able to walk to the most visited places in the city is a luxury. Just at 13 minutes walk you may enjoy the historic center of Malaga, with its more than 30 museums, countless restaurants, bars, cafes and walks through the Arab or Jewish quarters, or the unavoidable visit to the Roman Theater or the Alcazaba (the Muslim Castle).
Also, just at 20 minutes walk, you can go to one of the largest beaches in the city, Playa del Limonar, with beach bars where the skewers and sunsets make the place an unique must-go-point.
