The swimming pool is private and on the garden/terrace of the accommodation (fully enclosed), although the accommodations are in co-ownership there is no shared space, you have the pool only for you. The co-ownership of the duplex only results in the adjoining of certain walls (insulated) and a little vis-à-vis. This causes some nuisance, especially in July and August.
