Perfect for holidays with family or friends, the house features large, bright living areas opening onto a garden and a lovely terrace. You will also be very close to the magnificent GR34 coastal path, ideal for scenic hikes along the rocky coastline of South Finistère. Ideally located in Névez, between Pont-Aven and Concarneau, it also allows you to explore the region easily.
The house consists of a spacious, light-filled living area with a welcoming lounge and an open dining room with direct access to the terrace. The beautiful, fully equipped contemporary kitchen blends seamlessly into the space and invites you to share enjoyable moments together.
On the ground floor, you will also find a comfortable master bedroom with its own private bathroom and a pleasant view of the garden. A hallway leads to a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a large fridge with freezer.
Upstairs, a small mezzanine arranged as an office and reading area offers a calm and cosy space. You will then find a warm and pleasant double bedroom, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a 160 cm double bed.
