Can Caseres is a charming old farmhouse beautifully restored retaining the rustic charm of the traditional Ibicencan architecture (wooden ceilings and terracota floors throughout) plus guest cottage, peacefully located in unspoilt countryside between the main Santa Eulalia – San Carlos road and the coast. This is a large property of some 100,000 square metres (25 acres) comprising pine woods and cultivated land with olive, carob, almond and other fruit trees.
The lovely beaches of Cala Pada, S’Argamassa and Cala Martina, just three and a half kilometres away, are within walking distance and there are many other pretty bays such as Es Canar, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya and Cala Mastella all within easy driving distance.
The cosmopolitan village of Santa Eulalia, which still retains its village feeling, is just 4 kilometre away. There you will find a good shopping centre, banks, a post office, supermarkets, chemists and lots of bars and restaurants.
The villa, divided into two separate properties (rented as one), can accommodate 14 people and is the perfect choice for two famílies or groups of friends.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with views over the surrounding countryside, with forests and mountains in the distance, a well maintained garden and a lovely 11 x 5,5m swimming pool with a georgeous waterfall (ecological treatment of pool water with saline electrolysis), parasols, 14 sun loungers and outdoor shower.
