Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel in convenient for location close to airport and short walk from a metro. WiFi worked well and beds were comfortable.

Negative: The room was boiling when I arrived and I could not get the cold setting of the air con to work. Only way to open the window which was noisy next to a busy main road. I also requested on booking a taxi which was confirmed as booked under requests but did not actually get done by the hotel and they did not help me book one. I was left frantically booking my own taxi for a 4am pick up which was a challenge and ended up being expensive. If taxis cannot be booked via the hotel, the hotel should have said so. Poor communication.

Summary: Convenient for a hotel close to the airport but don’t expect much
