The space
Our completely renovated villa offers you lots of spaces inside and outside - all connected through large sliding doors, windows, porches and balconies.
This is an Ibiza-Style villa built to the highest European standards - at the very Costa Del Sol just 3.5km (8 min by car) from the beach and the bars in Torremolinos - situated in a quite residential area - yet part of the city of Málaga and just some 20 minutes by car to the vibrant city center.
The highlight is the spectacular views everywhere. Even from the infinity pool, you can have a breathtaking view of Málaga, Torremolinos and the coast. A special highlight is the atmosphere at night, when the city lights sparkle.
All rooms are flooded with light and offer unique views. The kitchen and the two living rooms open out to the seaview and the pool, while the bedrooms offer coziness and natural air conditioning thanks to their proximity to the mountain side rock.
The outside areas include 2 large balconies and several terraces. The entire space is planned and built to provide both intimacy and connectivity throughout the various times of the day. Enjoy sunbathing by the pool, read a book on the shade behind the villa, play games or have some drinks and snacks on one of the balconies - it's all set and ready.
On the ground floor, there is a master-bedroom with our famous cave-window and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed on the ground floor, which is connected to the second bathroom via a small corridor.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms: One more master bedroom with a kings-size bed and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds.
All 5 bedrooms come with air conditioning and a double bed - the 2 spacious master bedrooms with a en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed and a seating area with 2 leather armchairs and a small table. The 3 standard sized bedrooms are all equipped with fitted wardrobes.
Guest access
The entire villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 living rooms is exclusively for you, as well as the terraces, balconies, the garden and the pool.
You will have keys for the entrance to the house and electronic keys for the motorised gate at the entrance to the property.
The AirBnB is for the property (except 2 storage rooms)

Local laws require us to provide guest information to the local police. Guest with age of 14 years and older need to fill out a registration form each - younger guests are required to be registered with one of the adults. So we kindly ask you to share data of all guests with us fairly before arrival.
The house features smoke detectors, and a carbon monoxide detector (although there is no flame at all in the property to emit CO). There are also a fire extinguisher in the small corridor at the kitchen and a first aid kit in the sideboard in living room 1.
In the entrance hall, you can find an "emergency card" with important phone numbers and the nearest medical centers.
For your safety, we equipped the villa with security cameras and alarm detectors.
