Very cozy and sweet Italian rustic style villa in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella for rent. Situated in the quiet residential area just 300 meters from San Pedro beach with its boardwalk, restaurants, bars, playgrounds for kids etc. it is only a few minutes walk to Puerto Banus and is about 7 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella.
This 3 level villa consists of 5 spacious and bright bedrooms (2 on the second floor, with a private terrace, jacuzzi and en-suite with a shower),and 3 bedrooms on the attic floor. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and nest bed, medium size bedroom with a double bed and one more bedroom has 2 individual beds.
There are 2 terraces with sea views and to La Concha mountain. 4 bathrooms +one guest bathroom in total. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen and guest toilet.
In the courtyard there are sunbeds, private swimming pool, ping pong table, hammock and barbecue area and outdoor jacuzzi. The prices include bathroom cleaning, towels and bed linings change and gardener service.
