Our large apartment of 70 m2 for 4 to 6 people is decorated with care. It has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed (140), one with 2 single beds (90) can be pushed together and a sofa bed (160) is in the living room. The linen (sheets and towels) is priced at € 9 per bed and € 5 per person for towels. The beds can be made by my provider for 6 € per bed. The living room is comfortable and has a coffee table, a large sofa and 2 armchairs, a TV with DVD player. Wifi access. The dining room contains a rectangular table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, the bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separate. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Rochebonne, the balcony offers a small view of the sea. There is table (to be protected with placemats) and chairs. A grill is at your disposal (to put on the small table provided for this purpose. Grill and table should be cleaned after each use). There is no parking but you can park for free nearby. You will find at the foot of the building or nearby all types of shops: bakery, supermarket, several restaurants, pharmacy, press, the thalassotherapy center (thermal baths of Saint Malo). You will reach Saint-Malo intramural by walking 30 minutes by dike or by car in 5 to 10 minutes.
