Located at a residential area in the countryside, 10 minutes from Palma (direct bus ) and very close to the University and the "Serra de Tramuntana". Free parking in front of the house. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a cozy sunny garden with porch & BBQ to enjoy meals outdoors.
