4 Bedroom Villa in Bernia, Altea de Vella

Luxury villa with 4 large bedrooms (an extra bed and a cot available to put in the bedrooms). There are 4 double beds, one of which can be split.
Spacious living room with TV and DVD player and dining room with space for 8 people. Luxurious, spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Four bathrooms in total. The bathroom on the first floor is very spacious and suite with a bathtub and double sink. In the very large upstairs bedroom there is also a TV. Moreover, there is a spacious terrace on the first floor to sit outside.
Outside there is a spacious terrace with a beautiful swimming pool with outside shower and several seats and sun beds. A fence has been placed around the pool i. v.m. safety for small children. Children's pools are also available. Outside kitchen with BBQ located by the pool.
The plot is completely fenced with a fence and an electric gate. On the domain there is ample opportunity to park a number of cars.
In the basement there is a billiard table and a sitting area with TV where it is nice and cool in the warm summer months.
There is also a large underground garage with washing machine and dryer which also has an ironing board.
The house is also equipped with air conditioners.

Summary: The villa and it's location are beautiful. Amazing spacious property in great surroundings and perfect for traveling about. The villa has everything you need including a basement room. Which needs a bit of an update to the TV maybe state it is a billiards table and not a pool table as we were excited by the fact there was a games room. However if your stay is pure relaxation and switching off from the TV and the rest of the world. You will love this villa. It is very well kept and in great order. The pool side area is huge and a great sized deep pool. Has electrically operating sun shades too which help during the hot afternoons. Air conditioning throughout the property is perfect and operates faultlessly. Only downside is (if British) no UK TV channels maybe just take a Roku box or equivalent smart TV portable system if this is your thing. Basement room as stated if updated with a few additions would be amazing. However it is great to chill down there and catch up with some reading. Overall would definitely recommend this property and a big thanks to Karen for looking after us during our stay.
