Summary: We had booked a deluxe room. It wasnt deluxe. It was average and It was tired, the bathroom tile grout was mouldy and black. The coffee pods did not fit the coffee machine, we had paper cups not mugs or glasses. We could hear the people upstairs or to the side of us having sex, not great internal soundproofing. Aircon not working so we had to open the secondary glazing which meant noise from the street. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful but overall not value for money.
