The day before your arrival, you will receive a link or QR code in your email to open the main door.
Requirement: It is essential that your phone has an internet connection.
Procedure: Activate the code only when you are in front of the door. When you do, the door will unlock and you must push it immediately.
Important: The code has a limit of 2 uses and temporary validity. Do not test it before your arrival.
2. Apartment Access (Lockbox)
In the same email where you received the link or QR code to open the main door, you will find the code you must use to open the Lockbox located on the apartment door.
Go to the door of your unit.
Key box: Enter the provided code into the lockbox located on the door.
Keys: Take the first set of keys to enter.
Second set: You will find a second set of keys inside the apartment.
