Summary: Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!! I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge! When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!
