The villa features three bedrooms, all equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a 140 cm double bed, and another designed for children or friends, featuring two single bunk beds as well as a 140 cm double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
The bright and functional living area includes a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, designed for an independent stay. The kitchen features a fridge with freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a large dining table, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
A veranda extends the living space and includes an outdoor dining table, perfect for meals in a sheltered area.
Outside, you will enjoy a large private garden, furnished with sun loungers and a gas barbecue, ideal for relaxing and sharing convivial meals under the Mediterranean sun.
For added convenience, the villa includes a garage equipped with a washing machine and bicycles available for your use. Parking is available directly in front of the house, with space for up to two vehicles, and free public parking is also available nearby.
The beach is within walking distance, as well as the main shopping street, allowing you to enjoy your stay without needing to use the car.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.

Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €120 including VAT.
