Recently renovated and designed in a slow deco style, this studio will be a perfect gate-away for couples or families. There are a double bed and a sofa bed that allows us to welcome the groups of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
If you are looking for central accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.
Attention: There is a construction project going on on the street that may create some daytime noise.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared with other residents of the building and is available from 8 am till 8 pm, while closing between 2 pm and 4 pm.
Please, note that during peak hours the access to swimming pool might be affected to respect the maximum capacity of the premises.
There are a double bed and a sofa bed with sheets and towels. A sofa bed would be comfortable for one adult or two kids. There is also a baby cot.
A fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates.
There is an AC, a TV, a washing machine, and a fast internet 5G in the apartment.
