These are beautiful NEW apartments situated in Llerandi, within the Parres Council, and which is part of Eastern Asturias.In a small village, situated in the heart of nature, at the foot of the Cea and Cetín Mountains, where you can go on long walks with your backpacks and encounter the odd wild boar and more than one deer. Around 800 m metres from the piece of land, there is a path that will lead you to a forest of conifers and a wide variety of fauna, making it a very pleasant walk indeed. Llerandi has a small church, which was restored in 1952, with a large bell that dates back to the year 1630, and is very well preserved. It is the pride and joy of the local folk. If you visit us in September you will be able to enjoy its local festival in honour of its Saints Cosme and Damian. Experience first-hand how welcoming and pleasant the local inhabitants are.

The piece of land leads out directly onto the main road. It has approximately 13.000m2 where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. Each apartment has its own terrace and private parking facilities. There is a communal area where you will find the barbecues, some benches and a children's play area, and where you can spend the day with us. This is the ideal accommodation where the children can have fun and you can relax. If you would like to come in a group of up to 12 people, then we will house you in the different apartments and you can enjoy the whole area exclusively for you!!!
