The villa was renovated in 2024 with the interior and architectural design by Jessica Bataille Design Studio, creating a refined yet relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
All on one level, the villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
The living room is one of the highlights of the house, with a large sweeping bay window that opens approximately two-thirds of the way, seamlessly connecting the interior with the terrace and garden. Both the living room and kitchen open directly onto the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space overlooking the surrounding pine forest.
