Positive: Ana was very prepared for us and has a very warm, welcoming personality. She gave us great guidance about how to get about different parts of the town centre, with a handy map provided. The room was perfectly conditioned to manage the heat and the location was perfect.

Negative: There's nothing we didn't like. Everything was actually flawless.

Summary: Simply wonderful.
