Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire villa, the private swimming pool, and all terraces. No spaces are shared with others, ensuring 100% privacy during your stay. Your access includes:
• The entire 3-bedroom villa with pool and terraces.
• Private parking space on the property.
Other things to note
• Check-in/check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
• Guest registration: Due to Spanish law and local police regulations, we are required to collect a copy of the passport or national ID for all guests (including minors) prior to arrival.
• Longer Stays: The villa is also beautifully suited for longer stays during the magical winter months (November to March). Please inquire for our special monthly rates.
• Important house rules: Parties, commercial events, and EV-charging are strictly prohibited. One small dog is allowed upon request (additional fee applies). Our full, detailed house rules and guidelines (regarding the swimming pool, air conditioning, and checkout) will be provided upon booking and can be reviewed in the dedicated 'House Rules' section below.
• The villa enjoys panoramic views across the valley. As with many hillside properties in the region, some light traffic noise from the road in the valley can occasionally be heard outdoors. Indoors, the villa remains peaceful and the bedrooms are quiet, thanks to their location and shutters.
