The main terraces and pool area are facing south which makes it perfect for sun bathing.

There is outdoor dining table and lounge furniture on both sides of the villa and with a barbecue gas grill available it will surely make for several good 'Mediterranean dinners'.
The house is located in the sought-after neighbourhood of La Capellania in Benalmádena, close to Torrequebrada Golf and Casino. At the entrance to the urbanization there is a supermarket and restaurants and the urbanization stretches all the way down to the sandy beach of Playa La Cubana in Carvajal Benalmádena / Fuengirola with several delicious Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) where you can also rent sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc.
