The villa is located on a mountain with an extremely beautiful view. You will enjoy the 11km distant view from the terrace with private pool and discover the ultimate tranquility while enjoying the wonderful climate.
The villa is located a short distance from the sea, very tasty restaurants, supermarkets and also the weekly market on Fridays with regional products is definitely recommended. For golfers, there is the Club De Golf Ifach at 3.5 km away. Other sports activities such as tennis, padel, diving, snorkeling, canoeing at sea, horseback riding is possible nearby.

The spacious U-shaped kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine Philips L'Or.
The living room has a dining area, spacious sofa (sofa bed – 2 pers), 2 new separate relax chairs in Ibiza style, smart TV, DVD, Bose Bluetooth speaker, wifi and Chromecast. There is also air conditioning that can cool or heat. A heater is provided for the cozy winter months.
There is a spacious bedroom with 2 new (June 2023) single beds BOXSPRING, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite heated bathroom with bath and shower.
Then there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a new (June 2023) double bed BOXSPRING and built-in wardrobes.
There is also a second bathroom with bath and separate heating.
A separate storage room with washing machine and dryer are also available.
From the living room you have access through the 2 sliding windows to the terrace where the spacious private swimming pool is located. Outside on the terrace is a new 8-person table with chairs and benches, an outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and new sunbeds where you can relax.
Wifi is free.
The spacious terrace with completely renovated (March 2023) private swimming pool offers you plenty of space to sit in the sun or you can enjoy the shade under the awning and all this from the sun loungers with your aperitif in hand.
Behind the villa there is an elevated area with olive and lime trees where you can also have an aperitif or eat at a separate sofa.
You can easily park your car next to the villa on the long driveway. There is parking for more than 3 cars.
The villa is located in the beautiful seaside resort and fishing village of Moraira. The eight kilometers of coastline with several beaches and very beautiful bays are the biggest tourist attractions. The presence of a relatively large number of high-quality restaurants certainly completes the picture. Moraira offers almost everything you need for a pleasant holiday, without it feeling super touristy. Within just a few minutes you are at one of the beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca. It has somehow managed to maintain its laid-back atmosphere. Tourists who stay in Moraira come mainly to relax and enjoy. The big advantage of Moraira is that if you want to escape the peace and quiet for a while, you can look for the hustle and bustle. Its location between the more touristic places such as Dénia, Xàbia, Calp, Altea, Benidorm and Villajoyosa is ideal. And if you want to look up real city life, you can always go to Alicante or Valencia.

When booking, a mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay is mandatory. Dogs are not allowed! Bed linen and towels are also required to be reserved.
Our key manager on site will welcome you on arrival with a word of explanation of the house and is also the point of contact for problems that we would not be able to solve directly from Belgium.
A children's travel cot, car seat and high chair for the little ones to eat at the table can be provided.
Large groups, student parties, parties, smoking in the house is not allowed.
