Positive: The room was really big, with plenty of space. Common areas easy to use and breakfast provided. Parking also available near the property.

Negative: December can be cold in central Gran Canaria. The room's heating was provided by an AC which ran pretty slow, no matter what we tried from the remote. As a note, the AC in the common area was running much better and temperature was not an issue there. Also note that the breakfast is provided by a box in the fridge, left by the owner, which contained everything we needed, but you do have to cook it yourself (e.g. the eggs). This wa snot an issue for us, but could be for others.
