Summary: Nobody to let you into rooms all via keycode, rooms available from 4pm was told would get a text at 3.50 with code - had to be chased up The welcome booklet states wifi available without password- this is not the case it was password protected and couldnt access it. No fruit or drinks on the cart on floor 1 as advised - there 3 nights there was never any. Pool looks dirty Drains seem to be slightly blocked as shower cubicle filled up very quivkly and took ages to empty Beds comfortable and toiletries provided
