Welcome to this wonderful house located very close to Zahara de los Atunes, where 10 guests will find their second home.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the beautiful communal gardens you will find a large shared chlorine swimming pool, which has a size of 30 x 10 m and a depth range of 1.2 to 2.6 m. The little ones will also be able to have fun and cool off while splashing around in the paddling pool. Once in the house, the private garden will be the ideal place to relax and sunbathe. In addition, there are two furnished terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the marvellous sea views. Please note that the property is located in an urbanisation, so there are neighbours nearby.
The two-storey accommodation has been designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and television, a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a bedroom with two single beds together, an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are four more bedrooms. Three of them have two single beds each, while the last one has a large double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a furnished terrace with sea views. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fans and radiators. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
This property is located in the urbanization Mar de Plata, in the area of Atlanterra. This town on the coast of Cadiz is an ideal area for those looking for a combination of nature, beach, gastronomy and culture in a quiet and relaxed environment on the coast of Cadiz. One of its main attractions is its stunning beach of golden sand and crystal clear waters, ideal for water sports such as windsurfing and paddle surfing. You can also enjoy the natural beauty of the area with activities such as coastal walks and cycling routes. Near the property you will find several restaurants where you can try the delicious gastronomy of the area, in particular the seafood and fresh fish dishes. Finally, if you like culture and history, we recommend you to visit Vejer de la Frontera, a typical Andalusian white village located on a hill with panoramic views of the coast, which is also very close to the area. If you wish, you can also visit the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia, an important archaeological site just a few kilometres from Atlanterra.
The swimming pool is open from 15th June to 15th September, from 11:00 to 15.00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
