Summary:
Nice apartment located in the Macarena neighborhood. Perfect for a group of up to 5 people. Everyone will sleep in comfortable beds, the sofas are not used as beds.
The Space:
The apartment has air conditioning (hot-cold pump) and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The apartment has 3 rooms: a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a third room with a single bed, this room also has a study table. All bedrooms have large ceiling fans, wardrobe and bedside tables.
All rooms are exterior, sunny and have beautiful white curtains.
The bathroom is located in the hall, near all the rooms. It is a complete bathroom with a shower, sink with mirror, and a WC. There is plenty of room for storage.
The kitchen is independent, very large, new, recently renovated and very equipped. It has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, and all the necessary utensils to cook and eat comfortably for all the people who can stay in the apartment.
The dining room is exterior, very bright, and separated into two areas. One area is for eating, with a round table and chairs, and another area for resting and watching TV, there is a large and comfortable sofa, a rocking chair and an armchair.
The entire apartment is perfectly equipped and decorated, it is warm and very comfortable. The building has an elevator.
It is an ideal place to spend a few days or a season in Seville. Public transport is very close to the apartment, there are many buses that stop very close. There are also many shops, restaurants and places to have tapas. From the apartment you can walk to many essential places to visit, and you will reach the center in a few minutes walking.
Entry is via electronic lock.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

You will also have the possibility of renting a horse-drawn carriage with a driver to show you the wonders of Seville and you can enjoy all the typical atmosphere of the city.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
