Positive: The house is súper clean. Easy to find. Next to grocery stores. The outdoor area is great to set in open-air area, green and clean.

Negative: The house is cold, the main sofa is very small to be conformable for 2 people.. we were four people and we couldn't set in the living room togather to watch TV.
