- 4 separate WCs
- 50 m² yoga room
Outside :
- A 160 m² garden lounge with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful 2-hectare garden, not enclosed but surrounded by hedges, with furniture to enjoy on sunny days
- A 4.5 x 10 m heated swimming pool (currently under construction), available from 4 April 2026.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
