The location is ideal for exploring the island and getting around on foot. The neighbors are Minorcans who live year-round. Very easy to access, with public parking nearby, the house also has a private parking space. The garden is surrounded by a dry stone wall. Swimming pool 9 meters long, salt cleaning, gray mosaic.
