Colina is an adorable villa just been new and modern style decorated that enjoys an excellent location just 3 km from the center of Moraira, a quiet and sophisticated coastal town. Moraira enjoys one of the most beautiful beaches and coves on the Costa Blanca along with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It has grown in interest year after year and has become one of the points of interest for anyone looking for a relaxing and sunny holiday by the Mediterranean Sea.
Colina enjoys a peaceful location in the Benimeit residential area. We find parking for 2 cars that guide us to the outside of the house, hence, a large terrace with a private pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace right next to the pool welcome us. The entire exterior is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm and cypress trees offering a high degree of privacy. From the pool terrace and through the covered terrace, we access the interior of the house which is built entirely on one level.
We enter into a fully equipped modern kitchen together with a large living/dining room with Smart-TV-Chromecast + A/C with access to the rear side of the property, where we find the barbecue area and the chill-out area, decorated with a lot of love, ideal to enjoy the evenings with the family or friends. Inside we find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with A/C and access to the rear side, a bathroom with a shower and a second double bedroom with A/C and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Next to the pool area, we find the outdoor shower, a room with a washing machine and the spacious garden area. Its charming and modern atmosphere, together with the quiet location will make you not want to return home.
