The sound of the water has such a soothing and relaxing effect! Just 500 meters away, you can picnic, fish, and swim in this turquoise-watered river (young children must be supervised by an adult). Here, you’ll be able to truly disconnect (no cell service). Ideally located for fishing—with a magnificent spot on the Dordogne River downstream—or for cave diving, with various sinkholes and resurgences nearby. The interior is comfortably furnished, and you’ll appreciate all the amenities! Here, sheets, towels, firewood, and heating are included in the price! Accessible via a stone staircase: a private 18 m² terrace with patio furniture, an awning, and a barbecue; from there, you enter the cottage, which features a dining area, a living room (with a sofa bed that converts to a 160), and a fully equipped, built-in kitchenette, as well as 2 bedrooms (each with a 140 bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
