Positive: I really liked that it was equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils for an extended stay. I also loved that it had an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer, even though these were shared with the rest of the building. I liked that it was close to public transport, and it took about half an hour to walk to the city center. Finally, I liked that there were supermarkets nearby where you could easily get food if you wanted to cook.
Negative: I didn't like that the entrance to the building is through the back of the building and is shared with Sentosa Restaurant. Cleanliness was not up to a good standard; you could tell it had only been cleaned on the surface, but if you looked inside the cabinets and in the bathroom, it left a lot to be desired. It wasn't cleaned under the bed in the bedroom, and the sofa in the living room should be cleaned. If you leave the windows open, it's so noisy in the apartment that you can't hear the person next to you. On the other hand, with the windows closed, it's perfect—even in the morning, it's quiet if the windows are shut. There is no parking space anywhere in the area, so for a longer-term stay, I parked the car at the Sheraton Hotel and walked from there.
