In a very quiet area, beautiful beach house with two floors, very comfortable, it has a sunny porch with awning and BBQ, on the ground floor there is a living / dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, vitro, microwave, fridge with freezer (all appliances are new) and there is also a closed backyard with washing machine. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and a toilet. Air coditioner in all the house. Solarium on the top floor. Television with English channels and WI-FI. Communal swimming pool. Close to all shops, bars and restaurants (500 meters). Beach (500 meters).
