The house is divided into two levels. On the upper level (in the main house) there are two double bedrooms, a shower room, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen and a terrace.
On the lower level of the house (accessible via the external staircase) there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool terrace and a very well equipped summer kitchen.
The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the outdoor area around the pool with lounge, sun loungers and the Mediterranean garden.
The view of the sea, the Bay of Roses and the hinterland of the Alt Empordá can be experienced here undisturbed and with an uncompromising view, just great! Experience your best and most valuable time of the year in this holiday home.
