Nos 2 gîtes se trouvent dans une ancienne ferme en pierres de pays restaurée avec goût par un architecte, au sein d’un hameau de 3 maisons (gîte, loft et notre maison).
GÎTE VIA NOVA
Le gîte se compose au rez-de-chaussée d’un grand salon/salle à manger avec poêle à bois (bois offert), d’une cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur, table de cuisson à gaz avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, cafetière, bouilloire et toute la vaisselle nécessaire. Une salle d’eau avec douche et des toilettes séparées complètent ce niveau.
Au premier étage vous trouverez un palier ouvert avec 2 lits simples, une grande salle d’eau avec douche et toilettes, et la chambre principale avec lit double (160x200) et un lit simple.
Un escalier vous mène au grand dortoir du 2e étage et à ses deux espaces distincts, composés de deux lits doubles (140x190) et de 4 lits simples modulables.
LOFT VIA NOVA
Au rez-de-chaussée, grande porte fenêtre donnant sur petit salon cozy, salle de bain (douche, WC) et chambre lit queen size avec porte fenêtre donnant sur l'espace jardin.
Escalier colimaçon en métal menant à l'étage : mezzanine avec canapés et clic-clac une place donnant sur chambre mansardée à deux lits simples modulables.
Pour vous détendre et pour le plaisir de vos enfants, vous pourrez accéder librement au jardin de la propriété (7 000 m2 en lisière de forêt). Sentiers de randonnée directement au départ de votre gîte.
