Welcome to our villa in Sitges. The house is on top of a hill and has sea views from every room. Your dream holiday destination. The house has been renovated completely in 2020. You will enjoy the new pool, nice deck, covered lounge and dining area, outside kitchen, bbq, elevator, new furniture and much more. To get into Sitges is 5 minutes by car. We offer extra services: airport-taxi, boattrip for 10, diner reservations, tour to a winery and catering.
The house is perfect for a group of 6 adults and 4 kids.
The space
The house is set on a hill 5 car-minutes from Sitges. The whole house and pool have been renovated in 2020.
You will enjoy the seeview in every room in the house and the outside area. The house is southfacing to enjoy the sun from the morning to the evening.
You enter the house from the topfloor (level 0). The elivator can take you to the other floors. Or you can take the stairs.
On level 0 there is one bedroom (kingbed) with an ensuit bathroom and a private terrace.
On -1, there is the master bedroom (kingbed), with an ensuit bathroom with a walkin shower, bath, toilet and a vanity with double sinks.
Another two bedrooms (kingbed, and one room with 2 bunkbeds) and a family bathroom with a walkin shower, toilet and a vanity with double sinks.
All bedrooms have acces to the sunny terrace with seeviews.
On -2 there is the large open plan living, dining, tv-room and kitchen. You have acces to the deck through all the glass doors.
There is another bathroom with shower, and an utility room with a laundry machine and dryer.
Outside you will enjoy the pool, covered lounge area and dining area, the outside kitchen with bbq, the sunbeds. The deck is protected by glass to give you an amazing view. Also the pool has glass, so it seems you are swimming into the see.
You can park one car on the driveway, and more cars in the street (free parking).
